ELECTRA

SOPHOCLES'

A new version by NICK PAYNE

Directed by STEVIE ZIMMERMAN

October 20 - November 4

ABOUT

When a young Electra's father is murdered by her mother, her world changes irrevocably. As Electra is pushed to the brink, she surrenders to an all-consuming desire for revenge that propels her towards a jaw-dropping conclusion. In this stunningly human masterpiece, empathy and understanding are found in even the darkest of places.

Stevie Zimmerman joins 4615 for the first time to direct Sophocles’ classic tragedy in a haunting new version by Constellations playwright Nick Payne.
