Can I reserve a particular seat?
No. All 4615 Theatre performances are general admission. We suggest you arrive 25-30 minutes prior to curtain to ensure your seat.
When should I arrive at the theatre?
The box office will open 1 hour prior to the start of the show. We suggest you arrive 25-30 minutes in advance to ensure your seat. Late seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager and may not be possible.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
We allow patrons to exchange their tickets until midnight the night before the performance, subject to availability. If you do not show up for your scheduled performance, we are unable to issue you a refund for your ticket(s). Thank you for your understanding.
Can I take photos of the performance?
Filming or taking photographs of any kind is strictly prohibited during any 4615 Theatre Company performance. Please peruse our galleries for production photos!

Tickets to OLD SOUL (2/11-3/7) and IT'S FOR YOU (1/29-2/27) are currently available, at a reduced rate, as part of the 4615 GO Season Passes. Purchase of a pass also includes all four episodes of our original video game, DARK CITY (releasing April 2021), plus a 20% discount on any and all future 4615 GO (virtual) content for 2021.
Individual, full priced tickets for OLD SOUL and IT'S FOR YOU (pending availability) will go on sale in January, and episodes of DARK CITY will be available for individual purchase in April.

HOW WILL I ACCESS THESE EVENTS?
-IT'S FOR YOU ticket holders will select a showtime. At their selected time, they will receive a phone call from the performer. Note: only one audience member per ticket.
-OLD SOUL ticket holders will select a showtime. After purchasing, they will receive a zoom link to join the group call at their chosen time. One link per household.
-DARK CITY will be released in four episodes, weekly, in April 2021. Season Pass holders will automatically receive links to download each episode as they are released.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
4615GO will continuously announce new programs as the year progresses. Neither the Gold nor Silver pass include upcoming announced programs. Holders of Gold and Silver passes may be eligible for discounted rates for upcoming programs.
