Can I reserve a particular seat?
No. All 4615 Theatre performances are general admission. Please contact us if you need to be seated in an accessible area.
When should I arrive at the theatre?
4615 recommends patrons arrive about thirty minutes prior to the start time of the show. Late seating policies vary depending on venue and performance requirements. Check the production page for more information.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
We allow patrons to exchange their tickets until midnight the night before the performance, subject to availability. If you do not show up for your scheduled performance, we are unable to issue you a refund for your ticket(s). Thank you for your understanding.
Can I take photos of the performance?
Filming or taking photographs of any kind is strictly prohibited during any 4615 Theatre Company performance.
What if the show is canceled?
In the case of a cancellation, we will send an email to the address provided to us at the time your ticket was purchased. If the show for which you have tickets is canceled for any reason, you may exchange your tickets for another performance (subject to availability). Refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date. Service fees are non-refundable.
